Mature skins have a thin skin texture but a little tough due to environmental damage. There are visible fine lines, expresson lines as well as permanent wrinkles whilst pore sizes tend to be smaller. The skin may display some broken capillaries with a lack of skin tone but very little sheen.

Mature skins therefore need to be nourished with plant based nutrients whilst being protected from external damage with natural anti-oxidants, peptides and anti-inflammatory agents. Plumping ingredients are also key to lift the overall skin texture.
