 Warm a few drops of oil in the palm of your hand. Smooth over the face with light sweeping strokes, working outwards from the center of the face, over the cheekbones, up to the ears.
 Sweep your hands over the forehead several times with horizontal movements.
 Repeat over the chin,
 then work downwards towards the neck and continue as far as the décolleté.
 Finally, press on pressure points from the arch of the eyebrows towards the hairline. Focus on the temples. Close your eyes and enjoy this moment of relaxation.
