MELVITA UK welcomes testimonials and reviews on your experience with our products. We will publish both positive and negative testimonials, so long as the product testimonials are accurate and constructive. Should you post a testimonial that we do not publish; our customer service team will contact you in order to improve our product quality and service. We also reserve the right to edit your testimonials for length, spelling, etc., and to post your comments in e-mails and other marketing materials. The prices indicated for products available via the MELVITA UK Website are all inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are subject to variation without notice.

Occasionally MELVITA UK runs special promotions for customers through emails, in-stores, advertisements or online. Each promotion will be run in accordance with offer-specific terms and conditions. However, MELVITA UK reserves the right to cancel an order following excessive abuse or misuse of promotions and codes. In order to allow fair redemption and distribution of promotions to all of our registered customers, MELVITA UK may restrict redemption to one per client.


There are two easy ways to place an order on Melvita UK:

ONLINE: When you order online you will be helped through the process by simple instructions on the website. You may review your order selection at any time during the process. You are then able to confirm or correct your order prior to finally submitting your order.

OVER THE PHONE: If you wish to order by phone please call 0800 138 7045 (UK) and 015661522 (Ireland). Our lines are open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5:30 pm.

  • Once your order has been placed we will send you by email an order with your order reference.
    • When payment authorisation is confirmed and when the parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Tracking number.


    • Enjoy Free Standard Delivery when you spend £59 or more.
  • Standard Delivery costs £3.95 and orders will be delivered within 4-6 business days by B2C.
  • Express Delivery costs £5.95 and will usually be delivered within 3 working days by Chronopost.

MELVITA UK ships to mainland UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands) and Ireland.




We must receive full, cleared payment for an order before we dispatch the goods. You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.

MELVITA UK does not accept Diner's Club. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.


We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order reference. If we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.

If you require any information concerning your order please email us at ukcustomerservices@melvita.com quoting your order reference. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.


Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven (7) working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.

Where goods are delivered to a third party you may exercise your right to cancel if you are able to return the merchandise to us. Your statutory rights are not affected.


It is always our intention to delight our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue an exchange or a full refund to the original debit or credit card for any unopened merchandise bought on www.uk.melvita.com that is returned within 28 days of the date of purchase. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.

Please note that, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products. Items returned with a gift receipt are subject to exchange only. Any promotional gifts received with products must also be returned.

We regret that Supplementation and Honey/Food products will not be exchanged or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
